Conference Judges

Pursuant to I.A.R. 49, parties who wish to submit a request for appellate settlement are responsible for first contacting one of the justices or judges listed below and obtaining his or her agreement to participate as the settlement conference judge. Once the request is submitted, specifying the conference judge, an order will be entered setting the case for settlement and suspending the appeal for 49 days. At the end of 49 days the appellate process will resume.
