GAL Grant Review Board

State law directs the Idaho Supreme Court to serve as grant administrator for funds the Legislature appropriates to the guardian ad litem account. This committee helps the Court perform its statutory obligations in that role under Idaho Code sections 16-1638 and 16-1639. Specifically, the committee is tasked to:

1. Review the grant applications and attachments; and

2. Issue a recommendation to the Idaho Supreme Court for approval or denial of grant applications. The Board may request and/or use additional information prior to reaching a decision.
