Proposed rules and rule amendments are available for members of the Idaho Bar and the public to view and comment. Comments will be accepted for at least 14 calendar days before the Supreme Court considers them.
Comments can be submitted by email, fax, or mail, and should be addressed to the "Committee Reporter" indicated in the notice for each proposed rule or amendment. Click here to learn more about the process.
